Because our products are made on demand, please allow time for both production and shipping.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are sent into production shortly after checkout.
Production usually takes 2–5 business days.
This is the time needed to print, inspect, and prepare your item before it ships.
During busy seasons, holidays, major match weeks, or high-demand drops, production may take longer.
Shipping Time
After your order is produced, the shipping time depends on your location, the selected shipping method, the carrier, and local delivery conditions.

Shipping Cost

Some items may ship separately if they are produced in different facilities or require different packaging.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.
Multiple Packages
If your order includes multiple products, your items may arrive in separate packages. This can happen when products are printed in different facilities or require different shipping methods.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.
If the address is incorrect, missing an apartment number, or formatted incorrectly, the package may be delayed, returned, or undeliverable.

We will do our best to help, but address changes are not guaranteed once production or shipping has started.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or refused delivery, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows your package was delivered, but you did not receive it, please:
- Check around your home, mailbox, porch, building, or delivery area.
- Ask neighbors, household members, front desk staff, or building management.
- Contact the local carrier using the tracking number.
- Contact us if you still need help.
Once a carrier marks a package as delivered, we cannot guarantee a free replacement or refund. We will review the situation and assist where possible.
Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, contact us within 14 days after the estimated delivery date

- A short description of the issue

International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, VAT, duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or local delivery charges required by their country.
Haiti FanWear™ does not control these fees and may be collected by your local customs office or carrier.

Each Haiti FanWear™ item is made to order. This means your product is printed especially for you after checkout.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Wrong size ordered
- Wrong color ordered
- Buyer’s remorse
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong item
- Personal preference
- Event cancellation
- Delayed delivery outside our control
Please review the size chart, color, product description, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

Size Issues
We do not offer free exchanges for size issues.
Our products are made on demand, so we cannot restock or resell returned custom-printed items the same way a traditional retail store can.
Please check the size chart before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Color Disclaimer
Product colors may appear slightly different in person than on your screen because of:

Print Placement Disclaimer

Final Sale Items

Return Address

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Timing

Can I Cancel My Order?

However, once an order enters production, it cannot be canceled because the item is already being made specifically for you.
Address Changes
If your shipping address is incorrect, contact us immediately.
Address changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment begins or the order ships.
If the package is returned because of an incorrect address, missing information, unclaimed delivery, or refusal, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact us immediately.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered production.
